What to include in your message
To make support faster, include the app name, device model, OS version, what happened, and how to reproduce it if possible. If the issue is about public data, mention the affected show, page, or screen name.
The usual target is an initial response within 3 business days. Requests that require investigation or third-party confirmation may take longer.
